1. Form Customizer :
New canvas design for Service and incident templates
Add sections using the fields in the form, which is similar to resources.
Option to add pick list values in bulk and sort them in custom order(available in the template).
Help cards for
Preview option for configured template.
2. Service Cost Feature :
Option to provide cost for each service template
Option to mention individual resource cost
Template cost will be displayed to requester while creating a new request using the template.
Approvers of request will also be able to see the service cost when approving the request
3. Option to change Service Request Template :
Option to modify the service template for an existing Service request. This can be done while doing a global edit on the request.
4. File Protection Password
- Option to secure user access to all files generated within the application by configuring passwords. Find the feature under File Protection Password >> Privacy Settings.
5. Login Page Revamp
- Option to modify the login page of the application using a html editor with a real time preview screen. Find the feature under Admin >> Self-Service Portal Settings>>Customize Login Page.
6. Import SSL Certificates
- Option to import and install SSL certificates by using an graphical user-friendly interface. Find the feature under Admin >> General Settings>> Import SSL Certificates.
7. Employee ID / Account Expiry Date import from AD
- Employee ID is included as a default field for user import from AD. Large integer fields like 'lastLogon' and 'Account Expiry Date' can also be imported from Active Directory.
8. Option to Hide Inactive Sites
- Option to separately view active and inactive sites using filters in the sites list view. Find the feature at Admin >> Organization Details >> Sites.
9. Incident Additional Field :
New type of additional fields are available
Radio : Select any one of the values provided
Check box : multiple selection available through this type of fields.
10. Asset Loan :
Manage asset lending and loaned assets effectively. Find the feature under Asset>>Asset loan.
11. Search Widget in SSP Page :
Using the new search widget, find service/incident templates easily. Also edit the HTML to display specific options to the requesters.
12. Share Changes
Share a change with select technicians or all technicians by using the change roleSharedRole.
13. Change Conversations :
Under Change Conversations, view all change notifications (user emails, replies, and system notifications).
14. Change Roles
Assign change roles to users when you create a change.
15. Mobile Application Enhancement
CAB members and change approvers can now perform approval actions in their mobile applications.
16. Change Workflow Enhancements
Edits made to Roles to Notify in one change workflow will not be effected in other workflows.
Change workflow configuration page will be available only in Single View and not Tab View.
17. Auto-approval in Workflows in Change
In change workflows, configure to bypass approvals from change approvers if all CAB members recommend the change.
18. Attachments in the CAB approval email
Files attached to a change in Submission and Planning stages will be included in the CAB approval email.
19. Change Custom Triggers Enhancements
You can now execute change custom triggers when the CAB members perform an approval action, recommend the change, or reject the change.
