Template Customization for Worklogs
- Administrators can set up customized worklog templates under Admin > Templates & Forms > Worklog Templates.
- You can now add Multiselect, Checkbox, Radio, Boolean, Date, Attachment, URL, Percentage, HTML, and Refer Additional Fields to worklog templates.
WCAG / Accessibility Support
- Improve usage, accessibility, and inclusivity of ServiceDesk Plus in accordance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. Users can configure Accessibility Controls under the Profile icon and enable the controls in the application footer.
User Audit
- You can now track user activities in ServiceDesk Plus under Setup > Data and Administration > User Audit Log. These logs capture all user actions, including the user who performed the operation and the associated module information.
Email parser using Zia
- Analyzes incoming emails and performs various actions on requests or updates request properties.
- To do this, go to Admin > Mail Server Settings > E-mail Command and enable Zia parser.
- Alternatively, you can configure Zia parser under Admin > Zia > Zia Configurations > Zia Parser.
Change Password Customization using Login Page Customization Option
- Customizations made under the Customize Login page will now be reflected on the Change Password page, which will be displayed on application login.
Industry Specific Sample Data Population
- Generate industry-specific sample data (IT, Banking, Education) within modules to explore and test features in real-world scenarios.
UI Customisation - RTA Settings & Copy Ticket
- Administrators can customize the rich text area and allow users to personalize it. To do this, go to Admin > UI Customization > Rich Text Area Settings.
Integration key's notification settings
- Alert technicians about the expiry of integration keys through email or push notifications. To configure notifications, go to Admin > Developer Space > Integration Key > Notification Settings.
- Only the integration key owner can configure the expiry notification.
Sync Users from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- You can now import users from Microsoft Entra ID to ServiceDesk Plus. Schedule user imports and delta sync users based on specific criteria.
- You can also configure automatic deletion of users when they are deleted in Entra ID.
- To configure this, go to ESM Directory > User Management > Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for ESM setups and Admin > Users & Permissions > Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for non-ESM setup.
