Request Auto Approval
When requesters are configured as approvers in the approval stages under the Service Template workflow, those stages will be auto-approved. This is applicable for incident approvals also. When a specific user is configured as an approver in more than one approval stage under the Service Template workflow, the first approval is used to auto approve all the user's subsequent approvals configured in the following stages.
